The Downingtown Country Club roots began as the Downingtown Motor Inn built in the early 1960’s. Today the site flourishes as The Downingtown Country Club. The golf course was designed by George Fazio between 1965 and 1967. Downingtown Country Club’s layout reflects many of the great features of classic Philadelphia golf courses. It features subtle greens, dramatically shaped bunkers, and open, gently rolling fairways. Downingtown Country Club also offers a pro shop, a full-service restaurant and bar, a short game practice area and a putting green. Downingtown Country Club features a 6,619 yard, par-72 golf course.
