“Winning Golf” is thrilled to bring you Show #8 from the gorgeous Twisted Dune G.C. located in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. This challenging lay-out was designed by famous golf architect Archie Struthers who personally moved 5 million cubic yards of earth to reach his goal and that was to bring a little taste of the Scottish coast to the South Jersey shore. The spectacular lay-out always in mint condition has 4 Par 5’s over 500 yards and from the tips stretches to 7400 yards. Although challenging, the fairways are generous and the many tee box options make the course friendly to players of all levels.

     A special thanks to my good friend GM Scott Dunn as this week Twisted Dune welcomed for the 1^st time a fun and talented group from the Philadelphia Senior Golf Association. This delightful group led by host Ron Pratowski competed on the challenging 18^th green and filled our day with lots of lifetime memories. The PSGA presently has 165 members from approximately 40 GAP Clubs and conducts several first class golf/social outings throughout the season! If you are 55 and older, love to have fun and play golf, you may want to check out the PSGA and join a great team! In week 10, Winning Golf TV traveled to Chester County and the gorgeous Radley Run C.C.  This spectacular facility is presently celebrating its 50^thanniversary after opening its doors in 1965. The Alfred Tull designed golf course was again in mint condition and the clubhouse staff provided great service as well as an exceptional culinary experience for everyone!  A personal thank you to GM Joe Mendez, Head Golf Professional John Kellogg, Greens Superintendent Derrick Wozniak and the Radley Run membership for their warm welcome and over-the-top hospitality!  For the Winning Golf contestants it’s always a memorable day at Radley Run.
     This week featured and enthusiastic team of players from the Bush Auto Group, one of Winning Golf’s very special partners.  Each week, the Bush Auto Group sponsors the “Champions Chip” segment where the “weekly champion” chips from only 60 ft. for either a brand new Infiniti Q50 or a Nissan Pathfinder.  Special thanks to our wonderful hosts Joe Bush and Leigh Timberman for filling our day with lots of fun, laughs and plenty of Winning Golf highlights.

Week 9 for Winning Golf TV was a very unique and special show, as “Winning Golf” hosted for the first time, a thrilling “junior event” at the gorgeous Applecross C.C.  Thirteen talented “junior girls” representing a group called “Girls Golf Revolution” displayed their short game skills around the challenging 18^th green.  Ranging from ages 10-18, all 13 girls competed in the Winning Golf Skills Challenge and filled our day with lots of laughs and plenty of Winning Golf highlights!

Special thanks to Eric MacCluen for organizing this very special day!  In addition, I’d like to thank GM Justin Meyers, Head Golf Professional Tommy Moore, Greens Superintendent Doug Rae and the Applecross membership for their warm hospitality!  You’ll definitely want to invite your kids to watch this show which will begin airing the week of August 2^nd.

In week 4, Winning Golf traveled for the first time to the beautiful Split Rock Golf Club located in Lake Harmony, Pa.  This gorgeous 27-hole lay-out designed by Robert Sterrett is nestled within the 1200 acre Split Rock Resort! From the tips, the course measures over 7150 yards but offers 5 sets of tees making it playable and enjoyable for golfers of all levels. An enthusiastic group from the Desmond Hotel led by Mike Chain Jr. had lots of fun and competed for some awesome prizes in the Winning Golf Skills Challenge! Who hit the big shots when it counted?

Week 1 Highlight at White Manor C.C. with Joe Schorn Construction. 

This week “Winning Golf” headed down I-95 to Havre de Grace Maryland and the gorgeous Bulle Rock Golf Course! Bulle Rock is one of the most prestigious courses in our region, has hosted 5 LPGA Championships and is now ranked the 45th best public course in the country by Golf Digest. 

Always challenging and in mint condition, Winning Golf enjoyed another spectacular experience at Bulle Rock in Week 3. Part of the overall great experience was provided by the fun and very talented group of players hosted by Mike Ackerman and Chris Geiger. We had numerous highlights from everyone and a thrilling finish in our “SAP Up & In Playoff”!  Plus you will not want to miss our champion's attempt for the Infiniti Q50!

Special thanks to the staffs of GM and Director of Golf Rick Rounsaville, Head Golf Professional Peter Bollman, Executive Assistant Barb Nevin, Head Chef Chet and Greens Superintendent Bill Lewis for providing us with a first class day! Looking forward to our next visit in June!

For the first time, Winning Golf traveled to the beautiful Talamore C.C. located in Ambler, Pa.  A talented group of ConRes employees and customers battled for 5 rounds on the very challenging 18th green. Our day included perfect weather, great camaraderie, lots of laughs, delicious food, exciting contests, amazing prizes, 18 holes of golf and lots of Winning Golf highlights!
 

Winning Golf is looking forward to another exciting event at Talamore C.C. later this season.  Special thanks to the “Talamore membership” as well as the entire staff led by GM Ray Sowden, Head Golf Professional Andy Watters and Greens Superintendent John Roedell for providing everyone with a very special memory.

Winning Golf kicked off the exciting 2015 season with a thrilling event at the gorgeous White Manor C.C.  A talented group of players hosted by Schorn Construction showed off their short game skills on the pristine 16th green.  

The excitement peaked when 5 players drained a 30 ft. putt in our Winning Golf Skills Challenge. Amazing!  

Highlight of the Week: Our Host Joe Schorn of Schorn Construction drains a 30ft putt to get himself into a playoff with 4 other contestants.
